Vision

To transform neglected, unfocused and forgotten sections of the student community into a strong and skilled workforce and to get them to their rightful positions in society through free vocational and skills training.

If these sections are not taken care of and left to fend for themselves, they may get aligned with anti-social elements and would get involved in petty or big crimes even for just a meal or some meager money. In the short term, they will become a nuisance and in due course, a threat to the entire society.

Mission

Young World strives to support and make a difference to economically or socially downtrodden, less fortunate, average or below-average students, school drop-outs and neglected youth in the villages thereby preventing them from becoming unwanted or anti-social elements. Young World will make this difference through the following:

• by providing free Vocational and Skill development Training for them.
• by providing free lunch to all of them as they may neglect their lunch due to their financial position or other reasons, thereby ensuring 100% attendance for the training.
• by providing Free Computer Training so as to provide them a working knowledge of computers.
• by enabling these students to fulfill the increasing and diversifying skilled manpower demand in various industries.
• by coordinating between various Government Agencies, Industries and Resource Institutions to get them placed in right jobs.
